Rules of the Fund

The CINCPF is managed in terms of the Rules which are registered and approved by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (previously Financial Services Board). The Rules apply to all the various Participating Employers on the Fund. The rules and amendments can be viewed here:

Actuarial Valuation Reports

The Fund’s statutory valuation reports for 2011, 2013, 20169 and 2019 have all been submitted to the FSCA.

All of these valuations confirmed that the Fund was in a sound financial position.

The statutory valuation report as at 31 December 2022 is currently being conducted and will be submitted to the FSCA once approved by the Board of Trustees.
